Sparta-based clothier Justin Charles targets the man who has everything (River Valley Business Report)
SPARTA, Wis. ? One morning in early June, in a cabin-themed conference room in a warehouse, a group of executives planned the launch of a new men?s fashion line. Seated around a speaker phone, three of Justin Charles? five employees met with a Web site designer and an Internet marketing specialist.
